Digital products only. Herald Lab sells researched Surname History PDFs. There are no physical returns, no return shipping, and no packaging requirements.

All Herald Lab products are digital. There is nothing physical to return by mail.

If we cannot research the surname you ordered, we refund 100% of the purchase price.

How to request a refund

Email info@heraldlab.com with your order number and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Change of mind

Because each custom PDF is researched and produced for the surname you enter, change-of-mind refunds after the file has been delivered are evaluated case by case. Contact us before we begin if you need to cancel.

Honesty

Our documents are commemorative. A coat of arms is not an entitlement of everyone who shares a last name.
