Delivery & Shipping

Digital PDFs by email, physical products shipped to your door.
Every pack includes a researched PDF sent by email. Physical products you add (prints, framed editions and other keepsakes) are made to order and shipped to your door.

Digital PDFs

  • All packs and Coat of Arms Only are emailed within 3 hours of a paid order, often sooner, weekends too. Executive and Dual arrive between 1 and 3 hours.
  • If you don't see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
  • Your PDF still arrives by email when you also order a physical product.

Physical products

  • Physical products (prints, framed editions and other keepsakes) are made to order, Herald Lab branded, and come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
  • They are made to order and usually dispatched within 5 business days, with tracking where the carrier provides it; delivery time depends on your country and is shown at checkout. Standard shipping (with tracking where the carrier provides it) is included to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. To most other countries we ship for a fee that is shown at checkout before you pay. Faster express delivery is offered at checkout in the US, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Empty frames (sold without a print) have a shipping fee of US$22.50 to the US, the UK and the European countries listed above (higher elsewhere, shown at checkout); to Canada shipping is included. Some items ship to fewer countries (the desk plaque, T-shirts, tote bags, mugs, phone cases, framed editions and empty frames): each product page shows whether the item can be delivered to your country. If such an item is in your cart, the cart marks it as not deliverable to your country, and checkout stays unavailable until you remove it.
  • A shipping address is requested at checkout only when your order includes a physical product.
